Flexe.io is the crypto press release agency to pick when you want a release placed on named outlets with each outlet’s link status listed before you pay. For a self-serve wire with published prices, Chainwire starts at $1,399 and Blockchain Wire at $295, and EIN Presswire at $149 suits mainstream reach without links.
Checked on 23 October 2026: prices and terms from each provider’s own pages, link types read from the raw HTML of live releases. Flexe.io is one of the providers compared, so its row uses our own published figures.

How we compared crypto press release distribution services
On 23 October 2026 we read each provider’s pricing page, terms, refund policy and FAQ, then opened more than 40 live pages where their releases landed and read the rel attribute of every link to the client in the raw HTML. Of 33 pages checked for indexation, 23 were in Google, 23 in Bing, 4 carried noindex and 7 were in neither index.
A link marked nofollow, sponsored or ugc passes no ranking value by default, as Google’s outbound link guidance asks for paid links. We bought no releases, so we have no click data, and Benzinga, The Block and AP News blocked automated checks.
Launching a token, exchange or protocol: before you pay any wire, ask which outlets pass a followed link and which pages will be indexed. Flexe.io quotes crypto press release distribution per outlet across 800+ outlets, 290+ of them with DR 60+ and over 100K monthly visits, with the link status of each one listed up front.
Crypto press release sites and agencies, one by one
Flexe.io: best for knowing each outlet’s link status in advance
Flexe.io is a Dubai marketing and PR agency working with crypto and fintech projects since 2018. We sell releases one at a time through press releases on demand: 800+ crypto, finance, business and iGaming outlets, 290+ of them with DR 60+ and over 100K monthly visits, each quoted with its price, turnaround and link policy. In our own release inventory only 30 of 195 outlets pass a followed link. Every order closes with a report of live URLs, link status and an indexation check.
Our dofollow study shows most crypto release outlets pass no followed link, so we say when a release is the wrong purchase for authority. The downside: we cannot sell a guaranteed tier-one slot on a fixed day, and no other vendor can either.
Chainwire: best for a self-serve wire with published prices
Chainwire publishes four packages on its pricing page: $1,399 for 8 crypto articles, $2,499 for 20, $6,499 for 75 plus mainstream syndication and $10,799 for 100 or more. Its marketing page lists Standard at 16 articles and Gold at $13,499, so confirm the tier at checkout. Premium names Decrypt, Investing.com and CoinMarketCap, and Gold adds The Block, BeInCrypto and Bitcoin.com. Releases go out the same day, 07:30 to 19:00 GMT.
Its FAQ leaves publication “at the discretion of each publisher” and calls views estimates. Markets Insider copies were nofollow, StocktwitsPR passed a followed link, and in December 2025 it carried a fake “CircleMetals” release impersonating Circle.
BTCWire: best for a fixed-price crypto package
BTCWire sells crypto packages at $1,500, $2,500 and $6,500, plus vertical packages for gaming, fintech and tech. It promises “guaranteed publications” and 300+ syndication points in about 24 hours, but does not publish which outlets sit in each tier, and fees are “non-refundable once payment has been received”.
Two small crypto sites passed a followed link. The Business Insider copy was headed “PRESS RELEASE GlobeNewswire”, with no client link, so mainstream pickup arrives through a second wire.
Coinbound and Mintfunnel: best for an agency pitch backed by a paid wire
Coinbound pitches editors on quotes only and says earned media “can rarely be guaranteed”. For guaranteed pickups it points to Mintfunnel, “a Coinbound company”, with seven packages from $99 to $21,999: 4+ pickups at $299, 125+ including CoinTelegraph and CoinMarketCap at $12,999.
Mintfunnel’s terms say “we do not guarantee specific outcomes”, while the sales page guarantees pickups, and refunds are “at our discretion”. On a Coinbound sponsored piece on Decrypt, body links were nofollow.
Web3 News Wire: best for buying single crypto outlets
Web3 News Wire is a Shopify store with packages from $500 to $3,000 covering 8 to 29 outlets, plus single outlets: Cointelegraph at $6,500, CoinDesk at $9,500, CoinMarketCap at $100. Product pages promise “guaranteed placement” while the terms say pickup “is not guaranteed”, turnaround differs between pages, and refunds are a “strict NO return and NO refund”. Its own release on AI Journal was nofollow sponsored ugc.
Bitcoin PR Buzz: best for mainstream syndication counts
Bitcoin PR Buzz lists packages at $997, $1,997, $6,997 and $14,997, covering 13 to 59 crypto outlets plus 114 to 419 mainstream syndication sites, with AP News and Yahoo Finance on the Traction tier. Its own comparison chart rates Google indexing of a press release as “less likely” than its articles. Its newsroom ends on 27 August 2025, so we could verify no 2026 release. In January 2026 a memecoin community reported it never replied and booked BTCWire instead.
Blockchain Wire: best for a low entry price on crypto sites
Blockchain Wire starts at $295 for media tiers, with crypto tiers from $495 to $5,295 covering 25 to 36 crypto sites; a single Cointelegraph placement costs $7,250. It states a two-hour minimum, most releases within 24 hours, and a post-campaign report. CoinChapter passed a followed link, yet the page was in neither Google nor Bing, and a followed link outside the index passes nothing.
EIN Presswire: best for mainstream visibility on a small budget
EIN Presswire charges $149 for one release, $499 for five plus one free and $999 for fifteen, with AP News, the USA TODAY Network and Google News as endpoints.
Its FAQ says it “only allows for no-follow links”, and AP copies are labelled “Paid Content”. It has no crypto package, crypto releases must show a postal address, and a refund is available within 60 days if less than 25% of credits are used. Buy it for a dated announcement that needs a Google News entry, not for authority.
PR Newswire and GlobeNewswire: best for listed companies
Both quote on request and serve companies with disclosure obligations; KuCoin sent one release through PR Newswire and Chainwire together. Pages we opened were nofollow. A r/PublicRelations post from 21 September 2026 describes paying PR Newswire EUR 3,190 for “946 publications” and “only six clicks”.
Outlet direct: best when one named title matters more than reach
Bitcoin.com News publishes its price: $5,000 per release, or $15,000 with social promotion. Cointelegraph, CoinDesk and Decrypt sell through forms without public prices. On all eight paid pages we opened, body links were nofollow or sponsored, and both Bitcoin.com releases were noindex. Buy this for the brand name, not for links.
MarketAcross: best for earned media on a large budget
MarketAcross quotes only and publishes no outlet counts or turnaround. It launched Chainwire in 2020 and the two share co-founders, so a “distribution” line in its quote can be a Chainwire package with a public price. Two media hits we opened, on Bitcoin.com and DL News, were genuine editorial articles with no link to the client. One March 2026 Reddit comment called the service “expensive”, with “zero real attention or traffic”.
NinjaPromo: best for PR inside a broader retainer
NinjaPromo bills by hours: $4,000 a month for 40 hours, $7,200 for 80 and $12,800 for 160, with Enterprise at $20,000 to $100,000 a month. The outlet count depends on how hours are spent, case pages list no live URLs, and its terms contain no refund clause. Ask for a sample report with live URLs before signing.
ICODA: best for packaged tier-one crypto placements
ICODA quotes every package individually. Its tier-one package names Bitcoin.com, Decrypt and BeInCrypto and promises “high-DR backlinks” without saying whether they are followed; placements start in two to three weeks with daily reporting. Every paid link we checked on those outlets was nofollow or sponsored, so get the expected rel attribute per outlet in writing.
Crypto press release agency or self-serve wire
A self-serve wire is enough when the news has a date and a clear fact: a listing, a mainnet launch, a funding close. You need the announcement indexed and a Google News entry within a day, and you accept nofollow links on most pages. Chainwire, BTCWire, Blockchain Wire and EIN cover that case at published prices.
You need a crypto press release agency when the goal is coverage an editor chooses, a named outlet list matched to your audience, or followed links from the minority of outlets that still pass them. Our guides on writing a crypto press release and the crypto PR agency page go deeper.

Red flags when buying crypto press release distribution
“As seen on” built from paid pages. A Bitrue post in October 2025 promoted a cointelegraph.com/press-releases/ URL as “As seen on CoinTelegraph”. A paid release page is not editorial coverage, and listing teams can tell from the URL alone.
Links switched after payment. In June 2026, two Reddit posts described releases sold as dofollow Reuters links that were switched to nofollow “with no notice”. Save a copy of each page on the day it goes live.
Counts that are syndication, not readers. A February 2026 r/SEO comment put it bluntly: “Nearly all of them will be nofollow.” Ask for clicks or referral visits, not page counts. Bitcoin.com press releases are noindex, so check indexation in the report too.
A feed that is mostly noise. Chainstory, itself a crypto PR agency, tracked 2,893 crypto press releases and found only 58, about 2%, covered funding, mergers or research, as Yahoo Finance reported on 15 October 2026.
Prepaid balances. BTCWire fees are non-refundable, Mintfunnel refunds at its discretion, and a reseller reported a USDT 2,197 Chainwire balance frozen in February 2025. Pay per release where you can.
What a crypto press release service costs in 2026
Entry wires charge $149 to $500: EIN Presswire from $149, Blockchain Wire from $295, Mintfunnel at $299. Standard crypto wire packages cost $1,000 to $2,500: Bitcoin PR Buzz from $997, Chainwire from $1,399, BTCWire from $1,500. Wide packages with tier-one crypto names run $5,000 to $22,000, and one Cointelegraph placement costs $6,500 to $7,250 through resellers.
Each provider’s own pricing page, checked 23 October 2026. Agencies that quote on request are not shown.
Price does not buy link type: on every large crypto outlet we checked, paid links were nofollow or sponsored at any package level. The best crypto press release distribution for authority is the one where you know which outlets pass a followed link before paying. Our distribution guide shows how to read an outlet list.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much does cryptocurrency press release distribution cost?
Published prices on 23 October 2026 run from $149 at EIN Presswire to $10,799 for Chainwire’s largest package and $21,999 at Mintfunnel. One release bought directly from Bitcoin.com News costs $5,000, and agencies such as MarketAcross and ICODA quote individually, so compare outlet lists rather than headline prices.
Are crypto press release links dofollow?
Mostly not. Every paid page we opened on Cointelegraph, CoinDesk, Decrypt and Bitcoin.com marked links to the client as nofollow or sponsored, and EIN Presswire allows only nofollow links. Followed links appeared only on a few small crypto sites, such as StocktwitsPR and CoinChapter, and some of those pages were not indexed.
Does a crypto press release help SEO?
Indirectly. Nofollow pages pass no ranking value by default, and some release pages are noindex. A release still creates indexed pages for brand searches and sources that answer engines can cite. For link authority an organic article works better, so treat a release as reach rather than link building.
How fast does a crypto press release go live?
Chainwire publishes the same day between 07:30 and 19:00 GMT, BTCWire states about 24 hours, Blockchain Wire two hours minimum and Bitcoin PR Buzz 24 to 72 business hours. Agencies are slower: ICODA says placements start in two to three weeks, and editorial pitching depends on each desk.
Is sponsored crypto content labelled?
On the large outlets, yes. Cointelegraph marks paid releases as “not part of Cointelegraph independent editorial content”, CoinDesk shows “This paid press release is provided by”, Decrypt writes “Press release sponsored by our commercial partners” and Bitcoin.com prints “SPONSORED CONTENT”. Readers and listing teams see the label.
