Crypto Community Management and Growth

Flexe grows crypto communities on X and Telegram through task campaigns: participants complete a defined set of actions — follow, join, react, share — and the audience is built from people who actually performed them. The service covers campaign design, participant verification and the reporting that shows how much of the audience stayed.

The Only Question That Matters

Any agency can move a follower count. A channel can go from 35,000 to 47,000 in a week and be worth less afterwards, because an audience that does not read, react or hold drags the engagement rate down — and engagement rate is what KOLs, exchanges and listing committees look at when they assess a project.

So growth is measured twice: at the end of the campaign, and thirty days later.

How Task Campaigns Work

A campaign is a list of actions with a reward attached. Participants complete them, each completion is verified, and only verified completions count toward the total. That structure has two consequences worth understanding before you buy it.

The first is that the task list determines the audience you get. Ask only for a follow and you attract people who follow for rewards. Ask for something that requires reading the project first, and the same budget produces a smaller but far better audience. This is the single biggest lever in the whole campaign, and it is decided before anything launches.

The second is that rewards attract reward-seekers by definition. Nobody honest will tell you otherwise. What separates a good campaign from a bad one is how much of that cohort is still present a month later — which is why the thirty-day measurement is not optional here.

Two Tiers

Basic Advanced
Platforms X, Telegram X, Telegram
Participant verification Task completion only Task completion plus KYC
Minimum campaign size 5,000 participants 5,000 participants
Maximum pace 10,000 per month 10,000 per month

The difference is verification depth. On the Advanced tier every participant has passed identity verification, which matters when the community will be shown to an exchange, an auditor or an institutional partner — those parties check, and a list that cannot survive the check costs more than it gained.

Why There Is a Ceiling

The 10,000-per-month limit is deliberate, not a capacity problem. Growth faster than that reads as purchased to both the platform and the audience: X throttles accounts whose follower curve spikes, and a Telegram channel that triples overnight loses the trust of the people already in it. A curve that looks like adoption behaves like adoption.

The 5,000 minimum exists for the opposite reason. Below that, the change sits inside normal churn and nothing measurable can be reported.

2026 Campaigns

Project Before After Growth
Fourmeme 35,000 47,000 +12,000 (+34%)
Atleta Network 130,000 141,000 +11,000 (+8%)
Tothemoon 40,000 45,000 +5,000 (+13%)

Percentage growth falls as the base grows, which is expected. Adding 11,000 to an account of 130,000 is harder than adding 12,000 to one of 35,000, and the larger the existing audience, the more carefully the incoming one has to be matched to it.

What Is Reported

Metric When
Verified task completions Daily during the campaign
Follower or member count Start, end, and 30 days after
Engagement rate Before and after — it should not fall
Retention 30 days after completion
Geography and language split End of campaign

Engagement rate is the honest check on this whole service. If the count rises and the rate collapses, the campaign failed regardless of what the follower number says.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a campaign take?

Pace is capped at 10,000 per month, so a 5,000-participant campaign runs about two weeks and a 10,000 one about a month. Larger targets run across several months rather than faster.

What does KYC-verified mean here?

Every participant on the Advanced tier has completed identity verification before their task completion counts. Choose it if the community will be presented to an exchange, an auditor or a partner who will check.

Will engagement rate drop?

It is measured before and after precisely so the question has an answer rather than an opinion. A campaign that raises the count and lowers the rate has not worked.

X or Telegram?

X for visibility ahead of a listing or announcement. Telegram when the audience needs somewhere to stay afterwards. Most projects need both, and running them together keeps the two audiences consistent.
