Web3 Marketing Agencies in 2026: 8 Checked on Their Own Sites

The Web3 marketing agencies worth a first call in 2026 are Flexe, our own agency, for KOL campaigns, PR and paid distribution in one team, Coinbound for influencer-led campaigns at scale, Lunar Strategy for go-to-market work with PR and community, MarketAcross for press coverage and GuerrillaBuzz for PR with SEO. NinjaPromo, ICODA and RZLT serve crypto as one vertical among several. We checked all eight on their own websites on 13 September 2026, and only NinjaPromo publishes a monthly price.

One agency this page used to recommend, theKOLLAB, is gone: its domain is now listed for sale. That is the main reason this list was rebuilt from scratch.

How we checked the agencies

We started from the agencies on the previous version of this page and the ones that appear repeatedly in current Bing results for Web3 marketing agencies. For each one we opened the homepage and, where available, the about, services and pricing pages. A number is in the table only if the agency states it on its own site. Client counts, campaign counts and funding figures are self-reported and cannot be checked from outside, so the table repeats them as claims.

We did not rank the agencies by quality. We did remove every figure from the old version of this page that we could not trace back to the agency’s own website, including traffic and presale results attributed to named clients.

Client counts web3 marketing agencies state on their own sites, 13 September 2026
Every figure is self-reported, and the agencies count different things: clients, projects or campaigns.

If you are choosing an agency for a launch: ask every shortlisted agency to name which of its client counts are campaigns and which are clients, and which outlets it can place you in without paying for the placement. The first answer shows how the numbers were built. The second shows whether the PR is earned. how Flexe places crypto PR.

Agencies built around crypto

Flexe

Flexe is our agency. Our homepage states 800+ campaigns since 2018 and names Pendle, Ramp, Margex, Nosana and edgeX among the projects we have worked with. We run KOL campaigns, crypto PR, paid ads and community growth with one team, so a launch does not depend on handoffs between separate suppliers. Published case studies include a VAIX KOL campaign on X with a 1.61% engagement rate and 700+ publications for a hedge fund manager in six months. Work is priced by proposal.

Coinbound

Coinbound was founded in Southern California in 2018 on a bet that influencers, not ads, were the growth lever crypto projects were missing. Its about page now counts 900+ clients, 500+ media partners and a team of 45+. The agency has grown into PR, content and SEO, where it prices links at $300 each, but influencer campaigns remain its origin and the part of the offer with the most history behind it.

Lunar Strategy

Lunar Strategy has supported crypto projects since 2019 and says it has worked with 250+ of them, naming Polkadot, ICP and OKX. Its services run from Web3 consulting and go-to-market strategy through social media, community management, PR, events, influencer strategy and SEO. Pick it when you want one agency to plan the launch sequence as well as run the channels.

MarketAcross

MarketAcross describes itself as a blockchain PR agency that runs success-based growth campaigns, and its homepage is built around recent media hits for clients, several dated July 2026. It is the most press-focused agency on this list. If your goal is coverage in mainstream and crypto media rather than community or influencer reach, start here.

GuerrillaBuzz

GuerrillaBuzz calls itself a non-traditional boutique growth agency working in blockchain marketing and PR since 2017, with more than 100 clients. Its three headline services are blockchain PR, blockchain SEO and blockchain marketing. A boutique fits projects that want senior attention on a smaller account more than a large bench of specialists.

Agencies that serve crypto as one vertical

NinjaPromo sells marketing as a subscription. Its pricing page lists Starter at $4,000 a month for 40 hours, Growth at $7,200 for 80 hours and Scale at $12,800 for 160 hours, with Enterprise from $20,000. The hours are shared across every service, and the client base of 250+ spans more than 30 industries.

ICODA works across crypto, iGaming and fintech and lists a contact office in Wrocław. Its figures vary by page: the about page says it has helped more than 50 crypto companies, the crypto SEO page cites 70+ crypto SEO engagements and the AI SEO page cites 500+ SEO engagements across all industries over seven years. Ask which figure applies to the service you are buying.

RZLT now presents itself as an AI-native growth agency. Its homepage claims work with 100+ startups and scaleups and 200M+ impressions, and its recent projects mix crypto, such as launching VeChain Builders across Europe, with AI communities and developer meetups in Zagreb and Sofia.

What the published prices tell you

Very little, because almost nobody publishes one. NinjaPromo’s plans work out at $100 an hour on Starter and $80 an hour on Scale, which is a useful benchmark when you compare quotes from agencies that only price after a call. Coinbound’s $300 per link covers one SEO task, not a campaign. Everyone else, ourselves included, prices by proposal, so the only way to compare is to send the same brief to three or four agencies and ask for a line-item breakdown.

Which agency to call first

For a token launch that depends on influencer reach, talk to Flexe and Coinbound. For a launch that needs a sequenced plan across PR, social and community, add Lunar Strategy. For press coverage alone, MarketAcross. For a fixed monthly budget you can approve in advance, NinjaPromo. If search is the channel you most need, our separate review of crypto SEO agencies checked on their own sites covers specialists this list does not.

How to run the first 30 days with a new agency

The first month shows more about an agency than any pitch deck. It is also the cheapest time to discover a mismatch, before a long retainer or a token launch date depends on the relationship. The steps below apply to whichever agency from this list you shortlist, including us.

Start with a written brief that one person on your side owns. It should state the launch or growth goal as a number, the audience and regions, the channels you already run, the budget range and the dates that cannot move, such as a listing or a token generation event. Agencies that quote without asking for these details are pricing a template, not your project.

Ask for a pilot before a retainer. A pilot is a single campaign with a fixed scope, a fixed fee and a measurable result agreed in advance, for example a set of KOL posts with targets for engagement rate and wallet connections, or a PR package with named outlets. Keep it short enough to finish before any major launch date.

Set up tracking before the first post goes live. Give every channel and every influencer its own tagged link, connect those links to the actions that matter for the project, such as sign-ups, deposits or wallet connections, and decide which dashboard both sides will read. Without this the agency reports reach, and you cannot tell which part of the budget produced users.

For influencer work, ask to see the shortlist before anything is bought. Each name should come with recent engagement figures, audience geography and a reason the account fits the project. Accounts with large follower counts and very low engagement, or with audiences in regions you do not target, are where most influencer budgets leak.

For PR, ask which outlets are earned coverage and which are paid placements, and whether paid articles will be labelled. Both can be useful, but they carry different weight with readers and with search engines, and a package that mixes them without saying so makes the results impossible to judge.

Pace the budget rather than spending it in one wave. Splitting a campaign into waves lets you move money from weak channels to strong ones halfway through, and it gives the agency a reason to optimise instead of simply delivering the original plan.

Ask for two references from projects at a similar stage and speak to them before the pilot ends. A reference call answers what a case study cannot, such as how the agency handled a campaign that underperformed and how quickly it changed course once the first numbers came in.

Read the contract for notice periods, minimum terms and who pays for media placements and influencer fees. Some agencies bundle third-party costs into the fee and some pass them through with a margin, and the difference changes the real price of a proposal.

Agree a weekly update and a written report at the end of the pilot. The report should compare the result with the target set at the start, show what was spent where and recommend what to keep, cut or scale. If the agency cannot say what it would stop doing, it is not yet reading its own data. Before you extend, confirm that the accounts, content, influencer contacts and tracking built during the pilot belong to the project.

What we left out and why

theKOLLAB was on the previous version of this page and its domain now shows a for-sale notice, so it is gone. We also dropped the old cost table, the budget split and the campaign benchmarks, because none of those figures traced back to a source we could show you. Agencies that did not describe Web3 or crypto marketing as a service on their own site were not considered.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the best Web3 marketing agencies in 2026?

Based on what each agency publishes about itself, the strongest shortlist is Flexe for KOLs, PR and ads together, Coinbound for influencer campaigns, Lunar Strategy for go-to-market work, MarketAcross for press coverage and GuerrillaBuzz for PR with SEO. NinjaPromo, ICODA and RZLT serve crypto alongside other industries. All eight were checked on their own websites on 13 September 2026.

How much does a Web3 marketing agency cost?

Most Web3 marketing agencies do not publish prices. NinjaPromo is the exception among the eight we checked, with plans from $4,000 a month for 40 hours to $12,800 for 160 hours and Enterprise from $20,000. That works out at $80 to $100 an hour, a useful benchmark when comparing proposals from agencies that quote only after a call.

How do I check a Web3 marketing agency before hiring it?

Open its website and note every figure it states, then ask what each one counts. A total of campaigns is not a total of clients. Ask for two named clients you can contact, and check that the agency still operates: one agency recommended on this page until September 2026 had let its domain go up for sale.

Should I hire a crypto-only agency or a general marketing agency?

A crypto-only agency brings existing relationships with influencers, crypto media and exchanges, which a general agency has to build on your budget. A general agency such as NinjaPromo can be easier to budget for and may be stronger on design and paid ads. For a token launch, the crypto relationships usually matter more.

How long should a pilot with a Web3 marketing agency run?

Long enough to finish one campaign with a measurable result, and short enough to end before any fixed date such as a listing or a token generation event. For a KOL or PR campaign that usually means a few weeks. Agree the target, the budget and the end-of-pilot report before it starts, so the decision to continue rests on numbers.

Should a Web3 marketing agency’s fee include influencer and media costs?

Either model can work, but the proposal must say which one it uses. Some agencies bundle influencer fees and media placements into one price, others pass them through at cost or with a margin. Ask for third-party costs as separate lines, so you can compare proposals and see what the agency itself charges for its work.

What should I track in a Web3 marketing campaign?

Track the actions that matter for the project, not only reach. Give every channel and influencer its own tagged link and connect it to sign-ups, deposits or wallet connections. Reach and engagement show whether content was seen, while the tracked actions show which part of the budget produced users worth keeping.
