8 Best Crypto Telegram Marketing Agencies in 2026, Checked

Flexe.io tops this list of crypto telegram marketing agencies in 2026, with 800 plus campaigns since 2018, community management published from $2,000 a month and 60 plus live communities run on Telegram, Discord and X. Every other firm here was opened on its own website on 20 September 2026, and only what each company states in public is recorded below.

Eight agencies made the cut because their own pages describe paid Telegram work: group management, moderation, channel ads, AMAs or KOL posts. Where a year, a base, a service or a rate is missing from a site, the entry says “not published” instead of guessing.

How the crypto telegram marketing agencies compare

The table records four things a buyer can verify without a sales call: the year the agency claims, the base it gives, the Telegram work it names, and whether a price appears anywhere on the public site. Only two of the eight publish a number.

Published results are rarer than published prices. Flexe.io reports three Telegram communities carried through 2026: Fourmeme from 35,000 to 47,000 members, Atleta Network from 130,000 to 141,000, and Tothemoon from 40,000 to 45,000. Those are member counts on live groups, not impressions, the one community metric a buyer can check by opening the chat.

The 2026 ranking, agency by agency

Order follows how much of the Telegram offer each firm puts in writing: named services, then prices, then client names and dated results.

1. Flexe.io (remote, since 2018)

Best for token and app teams that want the Telegram group, the moderators and the KOL posts handled by one team before a listing. What is published: 800 plus campaigns since 2018, 60 plus communities managed across Telegram, Discord and X, community management from $2,000 a month and a focused single-channel campaign from $4,000, plus a KOL base of 11,859 accounts on X and 11,695 YouTube channels. Growth campaigns are capped at 10,000 verified participants a month with a 5,000 minimum. Watch out: the first-party benchmark across 150 campaigns carries a disclosed 12 percent failure rate, so ask which cohort your project sits in. Service detail sits on the Telegram crypto channels service page.

2. NinjaPromo (remote, since 2017)

Best for teams that want a fixed monthly retainer with hours attached rather than a quote. What is published: a Telegram and Discord community management page naming group creation, content, engagement, growth, event and AMA planning and 24/7 moderation, plus a public subscription table at $4,000 for 40 hours, $7,200 for 80 hours, $12,800 for 160 hours and $20,000 and up for 400 plus hours, with 10 and 20 percent discounts for six and twelve month terms. The footer runs from 2017 and the team is remote across twelve offices. Watch out: the plans sell hours across every service the agency offers, so Telegram work competes with design and paid media inside the same block.

3. FINPR (Dubai, since 2017)

Best for projects that want paid placements in existing crypto channels rather than a group of their own. What is published: the most itemised Telegram menu of the eight, covering 24/7 moderation with bot assistance and a stated sub-10-minute response target, text and voice AMAs, advertising across 250 plus hand-picked crypto channels sorted by trading, NFT, DeFi, airdrop and news, high-frequency messaging across Telegram and other forums, and weekly plus monthly reporting. The site claims 600 plus blockchain clients and names Gate.io, AscendEX and Seedify. Watch out: no rate appears anywhere, and paid-channel buys are the easiest line to inflate with bot views, so demand per-channel screenshots.

4. Coinbound (New York, since 2018)

Best for larger brands that want one agency across PR, influencers and community. What is published: a community management page covering Telegram and Discord, a stated 900 plus Web3 teams served, a 2018 date in the footer and a New York base, with Sui, Gala, Cosmos, Tron, OKX and Nexo named as clients. Watch out: the service page does not break Telegram out from Discord, names no moderator headcount and no coverage window, and answers the price question with a line about scope, so scope has to be pinned in the contract.

5. Coinband (Kyiv, since 2022)

Best for exchange and launchpad projects that want a European team with a long client wall. What is published: a stated founding in 2022 by people with four years of prior crypto marketing work, offices listed in Kyiv, Warsaw, London, New York, Dubai and Hong Kong, community management described across Discord and Telegram, and case studies naming Bybit, NEAR, DAO Maker, ChainGPT and Waves. Watch out: Telegram appears only inside a general community line, with no moderation hours, no growth method and no rate. Budget is set per project, so expect a discovery call before any number.

6. Blockchain Marketing Ninja (Dubai, year not published)

Best for teams buying KOL reach who also want a bot-assisted group kept alive between announcements. What is published: an address in Business Central Towers, Dubai Media City, a network described as 1,000 plus verified KOLs across Telegram, YouTube, X and TikTok, AI agents deployed for Discord and Telegram community management, and a claim of 200 plus clients with named testimonials from AAA Trading and Ibinex Exchange. Watch out: no founding year appears on the site, no Telegram service is itemised beyond the KOL and AI agent lines, and prices are described only as varying by scope. Automated moderation still needs a human on call during a listing.

7. AP Collective (location not published, since 2023)

Best for funded launches that want go-to-market, token generation and community under one roster. What is published: a 2023 founding, twenty named services including community growth, community management and AMAs, livestreams and podcasts, a stated 600 plus campaigns for 100 plus brands, and a client wall listing Avalanche, Polygon, Ronin, NEAR, Raydium, OKX Wallet, Pudgy Penguins and Bybit. Watch out: Telegram is not named on the services page at all, so community work has to be scoped in conversation. No location and no rate are published either, which makes it the hardest of the eight to compare on paper.

8. Techtonic Marketing (Green Bay, year not published)

Best for projects that want search and content first, with Telegram as a supporting channel. What is published: a US base in Green Bay, Wisconsin backed by a local Clutch award, community engagement described across Telegram, Discord and X, a fractional CMO offer, and named clients including Betswap.gg, Decentral Games, Soba.xyz and Dypto Crypto, with a stated 300 plus companies served. Watch out: the agency publishes long guides about Telegram marketing but no Telegram service page of its own, no founding year and no rates. Community sits behind SEO, content and paid media on the site.

What Telegram marketing actually includes

Four different products get sold under one label, and mixing them up is the most common reason a budget disappoints.

  • Channel ads. Short sponsored messages shown inside public channels through the official Telegram Ad Platform, which states that one billion users generate one trillion views in public broadcast channels and that half of ad revenue goes to channel owners. Creative is capped at 160 characters plus a link.
  • Group growth. Getting real people into your own chat through quests, referrals, KOL posts and cross-promotion. This is where fake members enter, so a per-participant cap and a verification step matter more than the headline number.
  • Moderation. Staffed coverage of the chat: scam link removal, impersonator bans, ticket triage and an announcement rhythm. Priced by hours and time zones, not by members.
  • Mini app promotion. Driving installs and sessions inside Telegram apps. Telegram documents Mini Apps with full-screen mode, home screen shortcuts, cloud and secure storage and biometrics from Bot API 8.0 onward, so retention reporting should come from the app, not from the chat.

A pre-listing push usually needs all four in sequence. Background on structuring the chat itself is in the guide to crypto Telegram groups.

What it costs in 2026

Two public reference points exist among the eight. Flexe.io publishes community management from $2,000 a month and a focused single-channel campaign from $4,000. NinjaPromo publishes an hour-backed subscription starting at $4,000 a month for 40 hours and rising to $20,000 and above for 400 plus hours. The other six quote privately.

Those figures buy different things. A $2,000 community retainer is moderation and content on an existing group. A $4,000 campaign is one channel worked hard for a defined window. A $12,800 subscription is a shared hour pool across several services. None of them is a media budget: channel ads and KOL posts are bought on top, and a serious listing push in 2026 tends to run well into five figures once placements are included. Full-stack launches at Flexe.io run $50,000 to $500,000 across three to six months, which is the honest upper end for a token with an exchange date.

Ask every agency to split the quote into staff time, placements and tooling. If placements are not itemised per channel, the line is not auditable. Rates and inclusions for one-off pushes are set out on the Telegram promotion service breakdown.

How to check a Telegram agency

Fake members are cheap and the market for them is old. The US Federal Trade Commission settled with Devumi in October 2019 over the sale of fake social indicators, including more than 58,000 orders for fake followers and over 32,000 sales of fake video views, with a $2.5 million judgment against the owner. The same supply chain sells Telegram members and channel views today.

Five checks separate a staffed team from a member farm. First, open the agency’s own reference group and read the last 200 messages: count how many are from named people rather than the project account. Second, compare member count with message authors per day; a 40,000 member chat with 30 daily posters was filled, not grown. Third, ask for the join curve by day, since bought members arrive in vertical steps. Fourth, ask for the moderator roster with time zones and an escalation path for a scam link at 3am. Fifth, ask what happens to accounts that violate Telegram rules: the platform’s own spam guidance states that accounts get limited for adding people to unwanted groups and channels, and a limited account cannot message strangers at all.

One more question is worth asking directly: what share of your campaigns missed their target last year? An agency with no answer has not measured. Flexe.io publishes a 12 percent failure rate across a 150-campaign benchmark, and that number exists to be argued with.

How this ranking was built

Ten candidate crypto telegram marketing agencies were opened on 20 September 2026 on their own domains, not on directory listings or review sites. Each site was read for four facts: founding year, base, Telegram services named by the agency itself, and any published rate. Anything missing is marked “not published” rather than filled in from a third party. Agencies were then ordered by how much of the Telegram offer is documented.

Two names that often appear on lists like this were dropped. GuerrillaBuzz, founded 2017 in Tel Aviv, lists six services covering PR, SEO, content, Reddit, growth and AI search, and names no community or Telegram work at all. Lunar Strategy, founded 2019 in Lisbon, does sell community management, but its own page describes Discord infrastructure and uses Telegram only as a contact channel for its partners. Both are real agencies; neither publishes Telegram as a product.

Flexe.io is placed first under a standing editorial rule that our own agency leads rankings of services we sell. Weigh that entry accordingly and check it against the seven others on the same four facts.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much do crypto telegram marketing agencies charge in 2026?

Published rates start at $2,000 a month for community management and $4,000 for a focused single-channel campaign. Only two of the eight agencies checked show any number in public; one sells hour-backed subscriptions from $4,000 to $20,000 a month. Everyone else quotes privately, and media spend for channel ads or KOL posts is billed on top of the retainer.

Which agency is best for a token launch on Telegram?

Pick by what the agency documents, not by client logos. If you need moderators, growth and KOL posts on one desk with published rates, Flexe.io or NinjaPromo fit. If you mainly need paid placements in existing channels, FINPR names 250 plus channels by category. For a full go-to-market wrap around the launch, AP Collective and Coinbound run wider rosters.

How do I spot fake Telegram members?

Compare daily message authors with total members. A healthy crypto group of 40,000 shows hundreds of distinct posters a week, not thirty. Ask for the join curve by day, since purchased members arrive in vertical steps rather than a slope, and read the last 200 messages for repeated one-word replies from accounts with no history and no username.

Are Telegram channel ads worth it for crypto?

They work for reach and awareness, not for direct conversion. The official ad platform reports one trillion monthly views across public broadcast channels, and creative is capped at 160 characters plus a link, so the ad can only move someone one step. Pair it with a group that has staffed moderation, or the traffic lands in an empty chat and leaves.

Do these agencies promote Telegram Mini Apps?

Only in part. None of the eight sites checked on 20 September 2026 sells mini app promotion as a named product with its own page. Telegram documents Mini Apps with full-screen mode, home screen shortcuts and secure storage, so measurement should come from the app itself. Ask any agency for install and day-seven retention figures before signing a mini app campaign.
