How to list a token on Binance in 2026: the founder applies directly through one of three Binance forms, for spot, futures or Binance Alpha, with no listing fee and no agent. Binance Research counted 87 projects listed on spot in 2025, and Binance’s own tally shows 35 of 200 Alpha tokens reaching spot.
Checked on 23 October 2026: Binance and Binance.US announcements and support pages. Figures marked “our count” come from Binance’s announcement archive for 2025 and 2026.
– Binance says it “does not charge any fee for project evaluations or listing applications”, but its agreements include a token budget for user airdrops.
– HODLer Airdrops in 2025 asked projects for 0.65% to 5% of supply, with a median of 1.5% across 49 announcements that stated a share.
– Binance Research counted 87 new spot projects in 2025; by our count, only 26 new tokens reached spot in 2026 up to 23 October.
– Of 200 tokens featured on Binance Alpha, 35 later listed on spot and 99 on futures, per Binance’s X account on 28 April 2026.
– Binance put 64 tokens under its Monitoring Tag in 2026, up from 42 in 2025, and announced delistings for 49 tokens, up from 27.
– Applications sent through intermediaries are disqualified and the project is blacklisted, under Binance’s December 2025 notice.
What Binance checks before it lists a token
Binance reviews the project, the token and, if the token already trades, its market behaviour. Its 17 December 2025 notice lists the areas it “generally assessed”, adding that the list is not exhaustive. A founder can prepare evidence for each one before writing a single line of the application.
– Product quality and real traction, measured in users rather than followers
– Utility of the token inside the product
– Business and revenue model
– Tokenomics, distribution and vesting schedule
– Team background, with identifiable founders
– Technical risk, including audits of the contracts
– Compliance and regulatory review in the markets served
– For circulating tokens: trading volume, valuation, liquidity and price stability
The same notice describes a three-stage path: Binance Alpha first, then Binance Futures, then Binance Spot, with each move based on project fundamentals, secondary market metrics, user engagement and compliance. So most recent spot listings came from tokens Binance had already watched trade.
Preparing a Binance application: only the founding team can apply, but the evidence file and the market record can be built with help. Flexe.io runs exchange listing work for the venues before Binance and the demand side around them.
Routes to Binance in 2026, from Alpha to spot
Binance now offers at least seven routes. Binance’s matching table puts early projects on Alpha, upcoming launches on Launchpool, Megadrop or HODLer Airdrops, and circulating tokens on futures or spot. The table below adds what each route costs the project.
| Route | Who it fits, per Binance | Cost to the project | Activity in 2025 and 2026 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Binance Alpha (Pre-TGE, TGE, community campaigns, Alpha Airdrop, Featuring) | Early to mid-stage projects, before or after token launch | Tokens for airdrops or sale allocations under a signed agreement | 35 of 200 featured tokens reached spot and 99 futures (Binance, 28 April 2026) |
| Binance Futures (direct listing) | Circulating tokens with market history | Separate application; no fee published | Can be offered at the point of Alpha Featuring |
| Binance Spot (direct listing) | Mature projects with circulating tokens | No listing fee; a token budget may be agreed | 87 projects in 2025 (Binance Research); 26 new tokens in 2026 to 23 October (our count) |
| HODLer Airdrops | Mature projects, launch upcoming or circulating | 0.65% to 5% of supply in 2025, median 1.5% | 53 announcements in 2025, 7 in 2026 |
| Launchpool | Mature projects with an upcoming launch | 1.5% to 4% of supply in 2025 | One pool in 2026, at 2% of supply |
| Megadrop | Mature projects with an upcoming launch | Examples in 2025: 4% and 7% of supply | None in 2026 to date |
| Binance.US | Assets with US demand and regulatory standing | No fee published | Public “under consideration” notices since 5 March 2025 |
Binance.US is a separate company with its own listing process: a questionnaire, assessment, due diligence and approval, and every official message from its listings team carries the six-digit PIN you set in the questionnaire. Since 5 March 2025 it has named some assets under consideration.
The token-based routes work by giving supply to Binance users rather than cash to Binance. HODLer Airdrops reward users who held BNB in Simple Earn or On-Chain Yields at random historical snapshots, so the project pays in its own tokens, delivered to wallets it does not choose.
How to list a token on Binance, step by step
The process is short to describe and slow to finish, and it rewards preparation over persistence. People searching how to list token on Binance usually expect a form and a fee; in practice the form is the last step. These steps follow Binance’s own pages and apply to how to list your token on Binance whichever route you choose.
Step 1: Choose the route that matches your stage
Use Binance’s matching table before anything else. A pre-launch project with users but no token fits an Alpha Pre-TGE or community campaign; a circulating token with real volume can apply for direct futures or spot. A spot application with no market history skips the stage Binance uses to judge it.
Step 2: Prepare the evidence file
Assemble what the review areas ask for: product metrics, a tokenomics sheet with vesting dates, named team members, audit reports, legal opinions for your main markets and, for circulating tokens, volume and liquidity on other venues. If you plan to trade in the EU, MiCA Article 5 requires a published crypto-asset white paper before admission to trading.
Step 3: Apply through the correct Binance form
Spot applications start on Binance’s listing application page, which asks for the project name, token name, symbol and email after login, then opens a detailed form. Futures and Alpha have separate forms. Binance requires the founder or a key team member to apply and to pass KYC, and CZ’s listing tips post says the form includes an anti-phishing code that real Binance emails repeat.
Step 4: Expect silence and keep building
Most applicants never get a reply. CZ’s listing tips post on Binance’s blog says “There is a 98% chance you won’t hear from us after you submit your application.” Binance publishes no count of applications received or approved, so silence is the normal outcome, not a sign that the form failed.
Step 5: If Binance replies, read the agreement closely
An approval comes with terms but no fee: the Hyperliquid (HYPE) spot announcement of 24 September 2026 states “Listing Fee: 0 BNB”. Binance’s 9 September 2025 security reminder confirms “structured agreements that include budget allocations for airdrops and other marketing campaigns to users.” Ask what share of supply the budget covers, when it is distributed and what refundable deposits apply, and model the effect of that supply on your circulating float.

Listing agents and guaranteed listings: how the scams work
Anyone selling a guaranteed Binance listing is selling something Binance says does not exist. Its 17 December 2025 notice says “No listing is ever guaranteed”, names seven blacklisted “agents” including BitABC and Central Research, and offers whistleblowers up to $5 million. A project caught applying through a third party is disqualified and blacklisted, while projects that report intermediaries with valid leads get priority review.
Binance’s founders say the same in public. On the day of the notice, CZ wrote on X: “Anyone claiming to be able to help you with a Binance listing is a scammer”, adding that a country president had asked him about a listing and he could not help. In September 2026 co-founder He Yi repeated that Binance has no middlemen and no listing fees, as PANews reported.
The pitch has a pattern. In March 2026 a stranger on Telegram offered one project a guaranteed spot listing for 5 million tokens and claimed to be “with CZ in the UAE”, as reported by Coin Edition after the founder posted it under CZ’s warning. CZ replied that “99.999% of the time” he does not know such people. The 9 September 2025 reminder and the December notice describe the signs below.
– A promised outcome or date for a spot listing
– A deposit or token payment sent to anyone other than Binance under a signed agreement
– Contact from someone claiming to be a Binance employee or business development staff
– Requests to submit the application on your behalf
– Pressure to pay before an official announcement exists
The legitimate token cost is real and public. On 14 October 2025, Limitless founder CJ Hetherington posted an offer he said came from Binance: a 1% airdrop on day one, 3% more over six months, 1% for marketing, 3% for HODLer Airdrops, a $250,000 security deposit and a $2 million BNB deposit, in total about 8% of supply.
Binance replied on X on 15 October that “All project token allocations go 100% to users through marketing campaigns” and “Once a project meets its commitments, the full deposit is returned.” It also apologised for an earlier post that called the claims defamatory. Founders who spoke to Blockworks reported giving Binance between none and 3.5% of supply, so the terms are negotiated.
What to build while the answer is no
While Binance says nothing, build the record its review asks for: trading history, real holders and visibility. Binance’s own tally on 28 April 2026 showed 35 of 200 Alpha tokens reaching spot, and by our count only 26 new tokens reached Binance spot in 2026 up to 23 October, against 87 projects in 2025. That is the inconvenient number: a spot listing is now rare even for funded projects.
Start with earlier-stage exchanges, using our CEX listing application guide, and make the token visible on trackers with the CoinGecko and CoinMarketCap listing guide. If the token lives on BNB Chain, the BSC launch guide covers verification, scanners and liquidity locks that reviewers check first.
Do not chase Binance at all if the token has no product behind it or if giving 1% to 5% of supply to airdrops would break your float. A launchpad sale, supported by IDO marketing, and smaller exchanges can carry a project for years, and our token launch timeline shows which channels need months.
Our part is the demand side: since 2018 we have run 800+ campaigns, with PR across 790+ crypto and finance outlets and creators from a database of 11,859 crypto KOLs on X and 11,695 YouTube creators. Binance only accepts applications from the founding team, so outside help, ours included, can prepare the file, not submit it.
Across 150 campaigns in our research benchmark, the median net return was 2.8x within 90 days, with a 12% failure rate. Our exchange listing service covers the venues before Binance. None of that is a promise of a Binance listing, and nobody can sell one.
After listing: monitoring tags and delisting
A Binance listing is reviewed again after it happens. Binance’s Monitoring Tag notice of 9 October 2026 says tagged tokens “exhibit notably higher volatility and risks” and “are at risk of no longer meeting our listing criteria and being delisted”. By our count, 64 tokens received the tag in 2026, up from 42 in 2025.
The step from tag to delisting can be short. Voxies wrote on 9 December 2025 that “a monitoring tag was placed on $VOXEL without prior notice”, after talks with Binance about commitments failed; the token was delisted on 17 December 2025. QuickSwap (QUICK), tagged on 30 April 2026, is due to be delisted on 28 October 2026 under a notice of 14 October.
Binance announced delistings for 49 tokens in 2026 to 23 October, against 27 in the whole of 2025, and Alpha is cleaned the same way: on 23 October 2026 Binance Alpha removed seven tokens, including PTB and OWL. Plan liquidity and communication for the year after listing.
Seed Tag tokens carry a different label: Binance uses it for newer projects with higher volatility, and traders must pass a quiz every 90 days to keep buying them. Hyperliquid (HYPE) was listed on 24 September 2026 with the Seed Tag applied.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does Binance charge a listing fee?
Binance says it “does not charge any fee for project evaluations or listing applications”, and its September 2026 HYPE announcement states “Listing Fee: 0 BNB”. Agreements can still include a token budget for user airdrops and marketing, plus a deposit Binance says is returned once commitments are met. HODLer Airdrops in 2025 took 0.65% to 5% of supply.
How long does a Binance listing take?
Binance publishes no timeline. CZ wrote that there is a 98% chance an applicant will not hear back at all. Recent spot listings mostly followed a period on Binance Alpha or Futures, where Binance watches volume and price stability, so the realistic timeline is measured in months of trading history rather than days of review.
What is Binance Alpha?
Binance Alpha is Binance’s pre-listing platform for early-stage tokens, reached through Binance Wallet and the Binance app. It runs Pre-TGE sales, token launches, airdrops and task-based community campaigns. Being on Alpha does not guarantee a spot listing: Binance’s own April 2026 tally counted 35 spot listings and 99 futures listings among 200 tokens featured on Alpha.
Can an agency guarantee a Binance listing?
No. Binance states that no listing is ever guaranteed, that it does not recognise any third-party intermediaries, and that projects applying through agents are disqualified and blacklisted. In December 2025 it named seven blacklisted “agents” and offered whistleblowers up to $5 million. Anyone promising a listing for a fee is, in Binance’s words, running a scam.
What volume or holders does Binance want?
Binance publishes no minimum volume or holder count. For circulating tokens it reviews trading volume, valuation, liquidity, token distribution and price stability, alongside product traction, team and compliance. In practice, tokens reach spot after months of measurable trading on Alpha, Futures or other exchanges, with real users rather than incentive-driven activity.
How to list my token on Binance as a founder?
Apply yourself through the form for your route: the listing application page for spot, or the separate futures or Alpha forms. Fill it in as the founder or a key team member, pass KYC, attach product, tokenomics, audit and market data, and record the anti-phishing code. Then keep building, because most applications receive no reply.
