Impersonation is the most common attack on projects that talk to agencies. Someone copies our name, our logo and a member of our team, opens a Telegram account one character away from ours, and asks for a deposit. This page exists so that anything claiming to be Flexe.io can be checked against a single list.
Every account we operate
Telegram, and only these three:
- @flexe_io_agency — the main profile, where client conversations happen
- @flexe_io_partners — partnerships and inbound offers from channels and outlets
- @flexe_io
Everywhere else:
- Email: welcome@flexe.io — the only domain we send from is flexe.io
- X: @flexe_io
- Website: flexe.io. We do not run mirrors, regional copies or alternative domains.
What we never do
- We never ask for a seed phrase, a private key or wallet access. There is no situation in which a marketing agency needs any of these.
- We never ask you to connect a wallet to a site to “verify” anything.
- We never message a project first with an unsolicited offer of guaranteed listings, guaranteed exchange contacts or guaranteed price action.
- We never take payment to a personal wallet address sent in a chat without an invoice and a signed scope.
- We never promise a placement in a specific publication before that publication has confirmed it.
How to check an account claiming to be us
- Compare the username character by character against the list above. Substituted letters, an added underscore and a trailing digit are the three usual tricks.
- Open the account’s Telegram profile and check the registration date. Ours are years old; an impersonator’s is usually days old.
- Ask them to confirm the request from @flexe_io_agency. A real conversation can always be continued there.
- If anything is off, write to us directly through the contact page and tell us what you were sent. It helps us get the account taken down.
Before committing to any channel, it also helps to see what a serious agency proposal actually contains — an offer that skips all of it is a signal in itself.
