Community management for Swinca
About this case
The task was to launch telegram moderation and community management from scratch. What has been done:
1. We create a lovely pinned message with emoji and all needed info
2. The same story for the description of the chat
3. As you can see admins are mentioned everywhere. Also there is a separate utm tag for the link that helps to track traffic via google analytics.
4. We added antispam telegram bot.
5. Bot for polls.
6. 24/7 moderation (2 managers living in 2 different timezone were changing each other so that there were no gaps).
7. Managers increase engagement by giving full and deep answers for any questions coming to the chat.
